Fix it yourself
Pages print cut off or too small
Use the file that matches your paper: Letter in the US and Canada, A4 almost everywhere else. In the print window choose 100% or Actual size, not "Fit".
I only want to print one round
In the print window choose Pages and type the page numbers from the Contents page, for example 5-11 for Round 1 and its answers.
The download link says it has expired
Download links in emails expire for security. Get fresh ones as shown under "Your downloads" above - that never runs out.
I think an answer is wrong
Thank you for checking! Email us with the round and question number and we will look at it straight away and send everyone a corrected file.
Can I print it again next month?
Yes - print as many copies as you need, for as long as you like, within your edition (Family or Care home).

Refunds are processed by Lemon Squeezy, our payment partner and merchant of record, not by us - so the timing is theirs. Lemon Squeezy says a refund can take up to 14 days to reach your card or account.

After 30 days a refund is no longer available. After a refund your access ends. You then stop using the trivia book and delete the downloaded files - the license ends with the refund.
