- Your license key was shown after paying and is in your receipt email from Lemon Squeezy.
- Open the studio at https://largeprintlab.com/bigprint-studio/app/, paste the key and press Unlock. Bookmark the page.
- One key works on up to 3 computers. Moving? In the studio open Help → Free this computer first.
- "Limit reached"? Email us your order number and we will reset it.

If BigPrint Puzzle Studio is not right for you, you can have a full refund within 30 days of buying. No questions and no explanation needed. It is automatic: fill in the form below and the refund is made straight away, with nobody to wait for.
- Enter the order number and the email from your Lemon Squeezy receipt.
- Press Refund my order. Your full payment is refunded at once and Lemon Squeezy emails you to confirm.
- The money reaches your card or account in about 5-10 working days.
After 30 days a refund is no longer available. After a refund your access ends. Your license key is switched off the moment the refund is made, so the studio locks again and can no longer be used.
Payments and refunds are handled by Lemon Squeezy, our reseller and merchant of record. If the form cannot find your order, email us the order number and we will do it by hand.
